My local dealer had a Breguet 3750 watch, a unusual tourbillon perpetual calendar. Before it went away, I was able to take a few pictures.
First just the tourbillon in the window
Next we have the QP (perpetual calendar, one which corrects for 30/31 day long months as well as the changeable length of February) part of the dial. On the left is the subdial for the day of the week, and on the right the month subdial. In this subdial, at the top right, there is a small indicator to give the current position in the 4-year leap-year cycle. The day of the month is indicated by the retrograde hand under the hour hand
Finally the entire dial
