Ingredients

  • 840 g of whole wheat flour
  • 394 g of water
  • 150 g of yogurt *
  • 64 grams of honey
  • 50 g of oil
  • 10 mL of salt
  • 10 mL of yeast.  (instant)

If Yogurt omitted

  • 850 g whole wheat flour
  • 590 g water
  • 84 g honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Weigh out all ingredients, knead with the dough hook in the mixer for 8 minutes, let rise for 75 minutes, punch down, divide in two, shape into loaf pans(4.5"x8.5"), let rise an hour.  Bake for 34 minutes.
