Ingredients
- 840 g of whole wheat flour
 - 394 g of water
 - 150 g of yogurt *
 - 64 grams of honey
 - 50 g of oil
 - 10 mL of salt
 - 10 mL of yeast. (instant)
 
If Yogurt omitted
- 850 g whole wheat flour
 - 590 g water
 - 84 g honey
 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Weigh out all ingredients, knead with the dough hook in the mixer for 8 minutes, let rise for 75 minutes, punch down, divide in two, shape into loaf pans(4.5"x8.5"), let rise an hour. Bake for 34 minutes.
