Apple in Red Wine
1 Apple, sliced 3/1"
sugar (approx 1/4 cup)
2T Red Wine Cinnamon
1t Butter
sugar (approx 1/4 cup)
2T Red Wine Cinnamon
1t Butter
- Melt butter and ~1T sugar in pan
- Add apples in batches, cook about 3 min each side, adding more sugar as needed
- add wine, cinnamon and remaining sugar, cook down to syrup
