Marinade

Homemade Jerk Seasoning

1/2 tbsp Smoked Salt regular salt is fine
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp All Spice
1/2-1 tbsp Brown Sugar depending on sweetness
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
