The Van Alphen Hours, Walters MS W.782, is another Dutch Book of Hours, originally decorated by the workshop of the Master of Catherine of Cleves but now missing most of its miniatures. The former splendor can be glimpsed in the remaining historiated initials, such as the 'H' to start Matins for the Hours of the Virgin, f.15r below
